Today’s summary:

Meals:

Breakfast: 4 small almond flour pancakes, 1 clementine, multivitamin

Lunch: 8oz. Almond flour chicken tenders (courtesy of The Paleo Recipe Book), slice of avocado, 2 handfuls of raspberries and grapes, 1 tsp. fish oil

Snack: 1 oz. Jerky

Dinner: 1 porkchop, apple pecan salad, water
