Paleo Challenge – Day 21 Journal (2/3/13)

Today’s summary:

Workout: Rest

Meals:

Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled, 2 leftover chicken strips (fajitas), 1 tsp. fish oil, multivitamin

Lunch: 2 leftover chicken strips (fajitas), 3 carrots, 6 oz. peppers and water

Dinner: Paleo Chili and water

Pretty good day considering it’s Super Bowl Sunday!! I had to make up for the bad Saturday!
