Today’s summary:

Workout: Rest

Meals:

Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled, 3 strips of bacon, peppers, water and 1 tsp. fish oil, multivitamin

Lunch: 6 oz. turkey, blueberries and raspberries, carrots and water

Dinner: Grilled chicken strips, sweet potato fries and water
