Paleo Challenge – Day 20 Journal (2/2/13)

Today’s summary:

Workout: Alumni basketball game at Franklin College

Meals:

Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled, 4 strips of bacon, 1 tsp. fish oil, multivitamin

Lunch: 3 leftover homemade chicken strips (fajita) and water

Dinner: 3 square slices of pizza, water, 2 beers (BAD, I KNOW!!!)
